All In Together Inc. (“AIT” or “we” or “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website (the “Site”). You can visit most pages on our Site without giving us any information about yourself, but sometimes we need information to provide you with information or services that you request. Please review the following Privacy Policy so that you understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information relating to your use of this Site. By using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. AIT is hosted on servers located in the United States.
Information We Collect About You
In General. We may collect information that can identify you such as your first and last name, phone number and email address (“Personal Information”) and other information that does not identify you. We may collect this information through our Site.
Information you provide. We may collect and store any Personal Information you enter on our Site or provide to us in some other manner. This includes identifying and non-identifying information, such as your email address, your name, your phone number, address, employer, job title, affiliated organization, and possibly a password selected by you, your photo or avatar and your school, and education. We may also collect information about your interest in our events.
Financial Information you provide. We (or our third-party service provider) may collect your credit card information or other payment method information and other Personal Information to process payment when you make a donation to AIT or make a retail purchase or register for an event through our Site. We may also collect the name of your employing company, if you would like for that company to make a matching donation. We may also collect information about your skills if you volunteer with us. If you join us in sponsoring an event or cohosting an event, we may collect financial information to verify eligibility. We (or our third-party service provider on our behalf) may store this information for your convenience.
Information collected automatically. We automatically track certain basic information about our users (such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser and devise type, geographic location, details about AIT donations or payments, details about AIT events, goods and services you utilize and/or purchase, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, click patterns, phone type and other device data). We use this information to help diagnose problems, service and administer our Site; and to do internal research on our usage patterns, demographics, interests, and general behavior to better understand and serve you and our users.
Information from other sources. We may also receive information about our users from third party social platforms, such as Facebook. When you access or use our website through such a site, you allow us to access or collect information made available by the third-party site in accordance with its privacy policy. This information may be available from your profile or account with such site or from cookies placed on your device by the third-party platform.
Information provided to our customer support. We may collect messages you send to us and/or our contact email address, and correspondence we receive from other users or third parties about your activities or content on our Site.

We may also use your financial information to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business. If we have trouble processing your payment, we will use your Personal Information to contact you.
Storage of Information, Content and Data.
We retain Personal Information, content and data as needed for our business purposes and/or as required by law. This information, content and data will be collected, stored and processed in the United States of America.
Information We May Share with Others
Affiliate Sharing.
We do not sell, rent or share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for the purposes of marketing their products or services to you. To the extent we share information with advertisers, we share only aggregated or otherwise non-personally identifiable information. However, your Personal Information may be shared with any AIT affiliated organization, as permitted by law. We do not share, sell, or rent your individual Personal Information with or to any individual or organization except as permitted under this Privacy Policy, pursuant to your express permission, or as required by law.

We may employ contractors or other third parties. These contractors or other third-parties may have access to your Personal Information if this access is necessary for them to perform services for us. Compliance with the Law.

Do Not Track Disclosure.
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. At this time, we do not track our customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to DNT signals.

A Note to Parents.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
