How to Become an #EndTheBacklog Advocate

 

On May 10, 2018, the Joyful Heart Foundation and All in Together teamed up for a Advocacy 101 webinar to help you use your voice to inspire change in your community and become an advocate to end the backlog of hundreds of thousands of untested rape kits across the United States. The Joyful Heart Foundation has identified 225,000 kits to date, and with nearly 20 states that haven’t counted the kits in their possession, there are likely several hundred thousand more yet to be discovered. This is a problem we can solve but we need the help of people like you to demand that your elected officials make this a priority.
