Rochelle Stewart is currently the Founding Partner at 3C Partners. She was most recently the Director of Social Strategy & Innovation at Conde Nast where she oversaw social audience, data and revenue growth strategy across the company’s portfolio of premium lifestyle brands, including Vogue, GQ and Vanity Fair.  In this role, she introduced new social monetization strategies that grew annual revenue from zero to $10MM+, advanced the company’s social data capabilities and piloted innovative growth strategies that have helped to double traffic and engagement across the portfolio of brands.

Rochelle graduated cum laude from Georgetown University and received an MBA from Columbia Business School. She has over 11 years of experience leading investment and growth strategy across the finance, consumer products and media industries. A “Wall Street refugee”, she began her career in the Global Fixed Income markets division at UBS. She also spent time in private equity (Brightwood Capital), luxury marketing & branding (L’Oreal) and corporate strategy (POPSUGAR). With digital strategy as her focus and “building things” as her passion, she began her career at Conde Nast in the digital video division of Conde Nast Entertainment (CNE). There she developed the data & analytics strategy from the ground-up and supported the VP of Marketing and Chief Digital Officer on cross-functional business strategy projects.

Rochelle is a first-generation college student who is known amongst friends for always pursuing a ‘side hustle’. She is deeply passionate about start-ups and the entrepreneurial community. She is also a strong advocate for under-represented voices: first-generation youth, women and women of color. To fuel these passions, Rochelle has volunteered with America Needs You; partnered with non-profit Women in Innovation and other digital media companies to lead discussions on women leadership and innovation; and in 2016 she launched the first in a series of strategy workshops for start-ups in partnership with Conde Nast editors.

She is proud to serve as the youngest member of the All-In-Together Advisory Board, is an active alum and member of the Georgetown Entertainment & Media Alliance (GEMA) and serves as an advisor to startups in the Morgan Stanley Multicultural Innovation Lab (MCIL). Rochelle is also a singer and founder of the The Music Melange, an annual live concert series that supports non-profit organizations.
