Jennifer Christie is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Twitter, leading both its global people team and its global real estate and workplace team. She works with executive management and the board of directors to support the company’s strategic direction.
Prior to joining Twitter, Jennifer was senior vice president and head of human resources for the Global Consumer Services Group at American Express. Before her work at American Express, Jennifer was a consultant at a leading executive search firm and spent two years as a special assistant to the president of the United States in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel. Her career began in the federal government, where she worked for more than a decade to support community safety and implement offender reentry initiatives.
She currently serves on the board of directors for Special Love, a nonprofit organization that provides cancer families a community of support. Previously, she served on the board of directors for both the Prevent Cancer Foundation and Compass Family Services.
Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her master’s degree from George Washington University.
